Japanese-Inspired Martini
Makes a single portion
30ml gin â a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc â a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake â preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
